The Entrepreneurial Education module aims to supplement commercialization education offered through entrepreneurship@UBC by providing skills necessary to overcome specific translational hurdles in the natural-resource sector. To address issues around regulatory, policy, land use or public opinion impediments, a unique advanced toolkit is required. We are developing tools to provide researchers with such know-how, as well as opportunity for immediate application through select business cases, the lean launch pad for genomics program and internships.
